February 2027 Bar Exam
Exam Dates: February 23-24, 2027
Location: The February 2027 bar exam will be held in both Boston and Springfield. Testing will occur at the Menino Convention and Exhibition Center in Boston and at the MassMutual Center in Springfield.
Filing Period: The filing period opens on Monday, November 2, 2026 and closes on Friday, December 11, 2026.

The Massachusetts Board of Bar Examiners (BBE) is established by G.L. c. 221 §§35 & 36 to evaluate the qualifications of persons seeking admission to the bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
The Board of Bar Examiners reviews all petitions for admission to the Massachusetts bar submitted by eligible candidates to ensure that all persons admitted to the bar are fully qualified by education, knowledge, and character and fitness.
