File a complaint against a Licensed Construction Supervisor

File a complaint online or by mail.

All complaints must contain an allegation that a CSL holder has violated a provision of the Massachusetts State Building Code 780 CMR and a letter or report from the building inspector, an engineer, or architect citing the code violations.
