Public Hearing Notice  Public Hearing on EV Infrastructure (DPU 24-195, 24-196, 24-197)

The Department is conducting an online public hearing to allow members of the public to comment on NSTAR Electric’s, National Grid’s, and Unitil’s petitions for approval of modifications to their respective EV programs. The proposed modifications would make changes in the general areas of each EV program’s funding amount and requirements, charging programs, and rebate incentive structures and programs.

The public hearing is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. on February 5, 2025. Attendees can join the public hearing by entering the Zoom link from a computer, smartphone, or tablet. No prior software download is required. For audio-only access to the public hearing, attendees can dial (646) 931-3860 and then enter Meeting ID# 876 6041 0767. If you anticipate providing comments via Zoom during the public hearing, please send an email by February 3, 2025, to scott.seigal@mass.gov with your name, email address, and mailing address.
