Services
- All license, registration & title transactions, license plate returns, learner's permit testing and road tests.
- Written tests for Class D or M given 8:30 am – 4:00 pm (6:00 pm on Thursdays for branches with extended hours).
- Written tests for Class A, B, or C given 8:30 am – 3:00 pm (5:00 pm on Thursdays for branches with extended hours).

Directions
From I-290 East. Take Exit 13 (Vernon Street.) Turn left, go straight through the intersection. Take the street where the Hess gas station is on your right and the Exxon station is on your left. Follow that road to the second set of lights (a Shell gas station is on the right.) Turn right at the lights. The RMV is on the left before the next set of lights.
