Barbers provide services including haircutting, hairstyling, and facial shaving. Electrologists provide hair removal through the application of an electrical current to the hair follicle. The Board issues licenses to qualified individuals, businesses, and schools to ensure public health and safety by maintaining high standards for these industries.
