Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration

Beginning on November 29, 2023, the following Drug Control Program registrations will transition to an online licensing system on December 4, 2023: 

Advanced Practice Nurse MCSR

Effected license holders may apply for or renew a License on the Health Professions Licensing Portal. If this is your first time using this new portal, please visit Health Professions Licensing System User Guide for information on how to get started.
