MassDOT Contract Price Adjustments

MassDOT adjusts prices on certain contract bid items to provide fair compensation to contractors.

Contract price adjustments are required by Chapter 303 of the Acts of 2008 to account for market changes in the prices for liquid asphalt, Portland cement, diesel fuel, gasoline, structural steel and reinforcing steel.
