Massachusetts Zero Emission Vehicle (ZEV) Credits

MassDEP requires large and intermediate volume vehicle manufacturers to deliver and place in service within the state a certain percentage of zero emission vehicles (ZEVs) - including battery electric, fuel cell, and plug-in hybrid vehicles.
