Need to file a workplace complaint?

If you work in the private sector and need to file a workplace safety or health complaint, visit the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) website for information on your rights and how to file a complaint. If you think that an employer did not follow workplace laws, you may file a complaint with the Attorney General's Office.
